In 1999, Sea++ Software branched into the professional services arena, providing application development and support services to Fortune 50 companies. Although still a small company, by 2002, Sea++ Software’s client base and revenues had outgrown its organization. RPH Technology Services, Inc. took over sales and support for the products and expanded the professional services business.
